Robert was great – much different than my prior negative experiences with plumbers. I didn’t feel I was being “upsold” for things I didn’t need. Told me what I needed, the possible alternatives, answered my questions and let me decide how to move forward without pressure. He was very courteous and respectful of me and my home. A pleasant experience overall.
