Owner agrees to pay any and all Attorney, Court, and Collection fees if necessary. All invoices are considered due at the time of delivery, with a 3 day grace period. Late invoices older than 3 days are subject to a 21% annual interest rate charge, calculated daily.

Further, by initialing below, I certify that I understand I may be charged for damage to equipment that my piping system may cause to any Maplewood Plumbing & Sewer, LLC. drain cleaning equipment or camera inspection equipment. In short, we are here to help, and if you have a problem, we will do everything we can to remedy the issue, but sometimes the piping is old and it just needs to be replaced.
